Adam Dill
Adam has been a professional Software Developer for over two decades. During this time, he has launched and scaled projects for some of the world’s biggest brands; has worked as a CTO, development Director and run his own software development shop. He has extensive experience in FinTech, Product Development, User Experience, UX implementation, Fundraising, Investor Management, Product and Systems Architecture, Project and Personnel Management, Software Development Training, Operations, Ruby / Rails, Test-Driven Development, HTML / CSS, Systems Modeling and Estimation. Adam holds a Physics degree from Auburn University.
Josh Adams
Josh has been a CTO for over a decade. Among his achievements is the building of the software development consultancy Isotope11, leading the development of hundreds of software projects. He has deep experience building FinTech products and large specialized search engines; training developers, working on Systems Architecture, Project Management, Software Development Training, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Elixir, Erlang, Ruby, Flutter, JavaScript / TypeScript / Flow, Elm, React / React Native, Android, Test-Driven Development, Systems Modeling and Estimation. Josh holds degrees in Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

We strictly safeguard confidential information, ensuring that data is never shared between different partners or ventures. We value privacy, opting to self-host where feasible to minimize data exposure. We prioritize first-party solutions over third-party ones whenever possible.
Sustainable Performance
We believe in working hard and achieving meaningful results without burnout. We maintain a steady pace, focusing on long-term success rather than short-term wins. Inertia is powerful, and our sustained efforts yield lasting benefits. Heavy spikes on a project are selected for impact, and rarely chosen as the right option. A death march is indicative of a failing project and interrupts the inertia being built on all other efforts.
Agency
Everyone is empowered to act like an owner, taking full responsibility for the success of our team and partners. We take agency over our work product and assignments and ensure they are completed with a sense of urgency and that their status is regularly communicated with the rest of the team. We have a bias towards action. Remember: you can just do things.

We build antifragile systems and teams that thrive under change. We don't allow small issues to build, because even enough papercuts can be disabling. We train each other and build redundancy, ensuring that we can focus on what truly matters.

We maximize return on every investment by both ourselves and our partners. With capital constraints in mind, we create high-value systems within budget. We embrace capitalism and reject communism in all its forms.
Hackers
We pursue knowledge with an open mind. Exploring programmable systems and pushing boundaries excites us. We seek after knowledge, then leverage that knowledge to benefit our partners and ourselves. We use and support open-source technologies whenever possible, because no one can take them away from us. We don't believe in building our castles in others' kingdoms.
